MERRY-HILL 2026 WOMEN'S LEAGUE

We’re excited to begin another season celebrating the spirit of friendship, fun, and fantastic golf. Enjoy weekly rounds in a relaxed yet engaging format designed for all skill levels, complete with handicap tracking, friendly competition, and great prizes along the way.

2026 League Registration - $168.95 plus HST

Includes:

• Welcome gift
• Guaranteed tee times for 18 weeks of league play, being offered between 8:00 am - 10:30 am, and afternoon tee times from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Monthly Shotgun Social events, held on the first Wednesday in June, July, and August. There will be AM and PM events to accommodate all who wish to participate in these events.
• $35 Club Card purchase
• Handicap tracking
• $16.95 donation towards local women's charities
• Participation prizes throughout the season! Win cool stuff just for playing!
• Optional entry into weekly 50/50 draws, with proceeds being donated to local women's charities

Your 2026 Club Card will give you:

• a 30% discount on posted green fee rates during designated league tee times, and a 25% discount on golf outside of league tee times!
• 25% discount on power cart rentals (subject to availability)
• 10% discount on merchandise (not valid on sale items)
• 10% discount on food, and non-alcoholic beverages

Important League Dates

• League play begins on May 6
• League play ends on September 9
• Monthly socials held on June 3, July 8 and August 5 | Early registration required
• Please note that league play will be suspended on July 1. For those wishing to play on the Holiday, you are welcome to book a tee time through the golf shop staff up to two weeks in advance. The regular Club Card discount will apply (25% off posted green fees).
• Year-end social fundraiser event on September 16 | Early registration required | Additional fees required

The Fine Print

• A credit card saved to your account is a requirement for booking tee times.
• "No Show" fees will be enforced. Please be respectful of the time you have reserved.
• In addition to your registration fee, you are required each week to pay the women's league green fee rate. League members will receive a 30% discount on posted green fees. League rates are only available during league tee times.
• Cancellation of League Membership will be available until April 6, 2026. A full refund will be available to anyone who cancels on or before April 6th. A cancellation after that date will be subject to a partial refund of league fees, donations, and prize funds.
• 18-hole golf is only available in the morning tee time slots.
