MERRY-HILL 2026 MEN'S LEAGUE

Welcome to the Men’s League at Merry-Hill Golf Club! We’re delighted to launch another exciting season filled with friendly competition, camaraderie, and exceptional golf. Participants can look forward to weekly team-based play in a semi-competitive format, complete with handicap tracking and great prizes throughout the season.

2026 League Registration - $130 plus HST

Includes:

• $50 contribution to the league prize fund, $35 league organization fee, $10 junior golf donation, $35 Club Card purchase
• Weekly green fees are required in addition to the league registration fee. Year End Closing Social Event is also an additional fee.

League Features!

• Join us weekly from April 27 to September 14 for league play. The Men’s League tee times are offered in the morning between 7:30 - 10:30 am and 3:30 - 5:30 pm.
• Your participation in our weekly 50/50 draws and mulligan purchases directly supports our junior golf programs. Your contribution makes a huge impact in growing the game and supporting local kids.
• Commit to the league spirit by booking weekly tee times, participating in on-course games, and joining fellow members for post-round drinks or snacks in the Bistro. Don't miss out on the fun!
• Watch your game improve throughout the season with handicap tracking!
• The league will conclude with the exciting Year-End Social Fundraiser on September 21. This delightful evening shotgun-style tournament will have, food, raffles, and fun prizes. An RSVP is required by those wanting to attend.
• Merry Mondays are coming to the Bistro! Weekly drink specials will be offered after league play so you can enjoy the camaraderie of the league and watch the live scoring displayed on the TVs to add to the excitement. This way you’re always in the loop about your team’s performance!

Your 2026 Club Card will give you:

• a 30% discount on posted green fee rates during designated league tee times, and a 25% discount on golf outside of league tee times!
• 25% discount on power cart rentals (subject to availability)
  
• 10% discount on merchandise (not valid on sale items)
  
• 10% discount on food, and non-alcoholic beverages

Important League Dates

• League play begins on April 27
• League play ends on September 14
• Please note that league play will be suspended on the following Holiday Mondays: May 18, August 3 & September 7. For those wishing to play on a Holiday Monday when league play is suspended, you are welcome to book a tee time through the golf shop staff up to two weeks in advance. The regular Club Card discount will apply (25% off posted green fees).
• Year-end closing event: September 21 | Space is limited | Additional costs apply |

The Fine Print:

• A credit card saved to your account is a requirement for booking tee times.
• "No Show" fees will be enforced. Please be respectful of the time you have reserved.
• In addition to your registration fee, you are required each week to pay the men's league green fee rate. This league green fee is a special rate compared to our standard green fees. League members will receive a 30% discount on posted green fees. League rates are only available during league tee times.
• Cancellation of League Membership will be available until April 13, 2026. A full refund will be available to anyone who cancels on or before April 13. A cancelation after that date will be subject to a partial refund of league fees, donations, and prize funds.
